Refund policy

We provide 30 day money back refund policy.

• We will refund to you if we cannot fix the tech issue if your order is still within 1 month of the purchase.
• If your order is more than 1 month of the purchase, it cannot be refunded.
• It is recommended to test the free trial version to see if it meets your need before the purchase.
• It is not recommended to buy if it does not meet your need or if you think this refund policy is not suitable for you.
• If some website updates, we will try our best to find the solution and update our Allavsoft.
• We cannot gurantee we can support any website forever. Even the website cannot exist forever. But we will try our best to keep our Allavsoft up to date to meet the websites'update.

The following situation are not eligible for return

We do not provide refund for the following situation:

• The purchase has exceeded 30 days from the initial payment date.
• A refund request for the renewal order with personal reasons like "I don't know it was renewed" or "I don't need it anymore". A notification email would be sent to you ahead of the deduction date. The auto subscription can be canceled at anytime before the deduction time.
• Other refund requests that are not deemed as valid reasons for refund in this policy.
